We have been supporting the climate revolution for years by switching to certified green energy.

Light is more than just illumination. It affects our mood, our sense of well-being, and our climate. Intelligent solutions were custom-developed for this shopping center and bring together all of these aspects.

Certification systems make it possible to compare the sustainability of properties on the basis of measurable criteria. They are a helpful guide for planners, investors, tenants, as well as local residents.

We are striving to achieve nearly 100 percent green leases by 2025, because together we can achieve more.
