More than 1,300 parking spaces ensure that finding a place to park at our center will be easy and stress-free.

Our parking garage offers more than 1,300 parking spaces. The garage has a maximum height limit of 2 meters.

OUR AFFORDABLE PARKING FEES:

1^st ½ hour (30 min) €0.50
2^nd ½ hour (31–60 min) €0.50
2^nd hour €1.00

Each additional hour €1.50
Lost parking ticket €15.00

OPENING HOURS (FEES CHARGED):
Monday–Saturday 08:00 a.m. – 07:30 p.m.

Should you need access to one of our parking levels after opening hours, our security services charges a service fee of €40.00 and can be reached by calling +49-231-395-77-0.

PARK WITH A PREPAID PARKING TICKET AND RECEIVE A 10% BONUS
The prepaid parking ticket is available from the visitor information desk on the ground floor. When you first add credit to the parking card at the pay machine, a deposit of €3.00 is charged. You no longer have to search for change to pay for parking and on top of that, you’ll receive a 10% bonus every time you add credit. So add €10.00 to the card and park for €11.00.

CASHLESS

At the pay machines 2 and 4 you can only pay with an EC card, the pay machine 8 offers the possibility to pay with cash or an EC card. Cash payments only are possible at all other pay machines.
